Jennell’s managerial expertise lies in the youth department, where she focuses on developing children. She has been a manager (momager) for her and Jerome’s daughters career for the last fifteen years, from the tender age of 3 until she turned 18. An expert at identifying each child’s unique essence, Jennell builds upon their strengths with a supportive, motherly touch.

Ro’s extensive credits also include hit network shows Shameless, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Sons of Anarchy, The New Edition Story and the multi award-winning, international sci/fi drama series Medinah, as the series regular Malik Jackson, just to name a few.
